The Department of Ecology is overseeing the cleanup of contamination to allow the redevelopment of
the Evergreen Treatment Services Seattle Clinic, located at 1700 Airport Way South, in Seattle, WA. We
invite you to review and comment on the site Cleanup Action Plan, (decision document describing
standards, methods, and requirements for site cleanup) and the Public Notice flyer linked below.

Public comment period runs from June 16, 2025 – July 16, 2025.
