Welcome to Evergreen Treatment Services

ETS provides substance use treatment and street-based outreach to community members in Western Washington.

At ETS, healing-centered treatment and outreach put people first. Since 1973, our interdisciplinary staff have been dedicated to serving people on their terms with recovery support services that work for them. We meet participants where they are, offering medications for opioid use disorder at three clinics in King and Thurston Counties and four mobile clinics.

Throughout the Puget Sound region, our REACH program provides street-based case management and outreach services to adults living outside. Each day, we serve hundreds of people with innovative and effective recovery support tailored to their needs, including methadone and buprenorphine-based medications and services like referrals for mental and primary health care, housing support, and relationship-centered outreach.
