ETS welcomes
visitors from other clinics. Our Seattle clinic is
conveniently located approximately one mile south of the
city's historic Pioneer Square. The clinic lies
immediately to the west of I-5, the city's major
north-south highway, and is served by several bus
lines.
Dosing in Seattle is available 6 days a week from 5:30am until
11:30am. All patients receive a Sunday carry dose. The
charge for courtesy dosing is $20.00 per day, payable in
advance by cash or money order.
The South Sound Clinic is
located about 10 miles north of downtown Olympia,
with convenient access from I-5. Dosing at the clinic is
available 6 days a week from 6:00am until 9:00am.
All patients receive a Sunday carry dose. The
charge for courtesy dosing is $20.00 per day, payable in
advance by cash or money order.
Courtesy dosing arrangements at both
clinics must be made at least 72 hours in advance of the
first requested dosing day.
Arrangements for courtesy dosing can be made by
having a staff person from the referring clinic call an
ETS intake worker. Intake workers are available between
9:00 am and 4:30 pm PST. The intake worker will collect
some basic information (see below) regarding the patient
and his/her dosing requirements. The worker will
also ask that the referring clinic send a fax detailing
patient and dosing information. The patient will be
expected to have a copy of this fax in a sealed envelope,
along with a picture ID, when he/she first appears for dosing at ETS.
If confirmation of dosing is requested, the referring
clinic must fax a valid, signed release of information
form.
